Olen todella kokematon netin käyttäjä, ja uuden laturin tilaaminen kadonneen tilalle oli tosi haasteellista. Vasta neljäs yhteydenottotaho, eli FIXPART , toi tuloksen. Viestittelyssä Ykkös- Kakkos- ja Kolmostahon kanssa olin kyllä jäljentänyt monta numeroriviä, oletin niiden olevan riittäviä tunnisteita, mutta väärin oletin. FixPart:n ohjeistamana otin kuvan koko tunnistelevystä, ja siinähän oli tämä QR-koodi. Loppu onkin sitten hyvää historiaa - Räjäytyskuva, (minulle uusi käsite) Sitten neuvo: Poimi sieltä oikea osa ja tilaa. Kiitos! Laturi oli viikossa minulla.

I ordered a product 20.6 that was supposed to be in stock and to be delivered fast. On 30.6 I enquired what is happening and the message was that it wasn't in stock and external provider has informed about a delay. I was told on 4.7 that I can cancel the order, which I said I want to on 5.7. However, on 11.7 I got a message from Post Nord about a delivery, and I had already purchased and received the produt from elsewhere, since I needed it fast. I asked about a returning and I was told that I need to do it at my own expense. Fixpart would have done it with 20€ service, but I just marched to my local post office since I didn't want to get anymore poor service from Fixpart. The returning of the product cost me almost 30€, which I lost due to this farce. Therefore I cannot reccommend this to anyone as you might understand. Br, Karri

tilasin vahingossa kaksi kertaa saman valokatkaisijan, yritin perua toisen, lähetin kolme eri kertaa sähköpostin asiakaspalveluun, ei tulosta. kysyttiin tilausnumeroa, lähetin sen,ei tulosta, molemmat valokatkaisijat tulivat,toisen olen palauttanut ja sekin menee alankomaihin, ei hyvä juttu . En tiedä vielä kuinka paljon se palauttaminen maksaa ???? olisi luullut että se toisen peruminen ei ole niin vaikeaa ?????

I ordered a part to a frigderator, and by my mistake, it was wrong. I informed the supplier about this and I asked instructions for return. After 3 emails I finally got the instructions!! And the best part is yet to come, you have to pay the return yourself, all the way to Belgium. This order took place in Finland and I was never informed that I am dealing with Belgium.

Total bullish… I order three parts and pay those. I wait a long time and finally I get two parts and no answer when I get that last one. Another service partner can deliver these parts two times faster than you. First and last time when I use your company. And believe me, I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

That’s not perhaps your fault but Postnord didn’t deliver the order neither yesterday nor today as agreed. No any calls or messages. We have been waiting home on both days. Now driwing back to our summer cottage. Actually the order was for our fridge there.

Tavaraa ei ole tullut vielä. Tuli tekstiviesti, että tavara toimitetaan 10-15 minuutin kuluessa kotiin. Ei kukaan voi olla paikalla 15 minuutissa, jos on töissä tai muualla. Paketti pitää jättää johonkin noutopisteeseen.
