Olen todella kokematon netin käyttäjä, ja uuden laturin tilaaminen kadonneen tilalle oli tosi haasteellista.
Vasta neljäs yhteydenottotaho, eli FIXPART , toi tuloksen. Viestittelyssä Ykkös- Kakkos- ja Kolmostahon kanssa olin kyllä jäljentänyt monta numeroriviä, oletin niiden olevan riittäviä tunnisteita, mutta väärin oletin. FixPart:n ohjeistamana otin kuvan koko tunnistelevystä, ja siinähän oli tämä QR-koodi. Loppu onkin sitten hyvää historiaa -

Sain ilmoituksen noin viiden päivän jälkeen, että paketti toimitetaan maanantaina 2.5. Vanhankylän postiin. Vastasin että asia on OK. Pari tuntia sen jälkeen tuli puhelinsoitto lähetiltä, joka oli tuomassa pakettia kotiini. Siinä vaiheessa en ollut enää kotona, ja kaveri siis lähetti oli kovin hämmästynyt siitä, että toimitus oli ilmoitettu vietäväksi postiin. No sieltä sen hain sitten maanantaina. Fixpart tarjosi 10% alennusta seuraavasta tilauksesta, kun sitten yritin avata sitä postia, niin ei ollut enää voimassa eikä uutta kutsua tullut vaikka kone lupasi. Sotkua oli liikenteessä

There was a option that I can be billed without bank billing, and I get a traditional bill. I chosed this option. Then I get an info, why didn’t I order it??? Then I ordered it again and paid with credit card. It took an extra week. My Cex wasn’t good of this.

I ordered a fridge shelf which was not same size as our old one but could nevertheless fit in the fridge.. disappotntment that in spite of searching with correct product number I got a shellf of inappropriate width.

Muuten kaikki meni oikein hyvin, mutta lopussa paketti seisoi Postnordilla Porissa monta päivää, eikä ollut vaihtoehtoa toimitukselle paikalliseen pakettiautomaattiin.

product is ok, even if it wasn't the original one. The promise from transport time was very optimistic: Reality was from 20.6 (order) to 1.7. (delivery) - following on the website stopt one week before. So, when there is problems, it would be nice to hear from it - specially when I started to get a lot of spam from DHL "confirm your order, pay..." So, I visited to the delivery shop and called to PostNord to get to know, what's going on. Service on PostNord was good and friendly, but
