Smooth purchase
The purchase process is smooth. Big discount. Delivery to Hong Kong in five days is good. However, the delivery charge of €75 is very very high compared to other online companies. Indeed, many online shops offer free delivery. Goods are well packaged and received in good condition.

This is the 2nd time that i paid for my order online to find out they had to cancel it… I don’t know what is going on with the shipping department. They must have bad inventory or computer system to keep track.

Indeed it is the 2nd order out of your 10 orders in the last year that you've placed in the final sale with 70% discount that was cancelled. In this case we were unable to find this last piece of Cashmere Junkies for unknown reasons, as it was available in the recent inventory. Our apologies for that.
