Had an issue with my initial order but in fairness Simon from the edge contacted me and offered an alternative product. I received this the following day, to be fair I am more than happy with the response. I would not hesitate to order further products from the edge given the overall service I received.

Despite only living 50 minutes from the store I am still waiting for delivery of product which according to estimated time of delivery will be a week after ordering, ups had my product on a Wednesday and are not going to be delivering until the following Tuesday

Hi Deughlan, I can see that these were delivered to you at 11.34 yesterday. Sorry that you were waiting 2 days longer than the estimate at checkout, which is way below our standards, but hopefully this is a successful resolution for you and you are now satisfied? Many thanks. Simon

Ordered Monday the 6th September and a week has passed and still no order has arrived.Was told Friday the 10th September it was shipped and this was only after I enquired as to what was happening with the order.
