Wetsuit arrived promptly and on arrival was unsure of sizing and I rang the store. I spoke to a very helpful assistant who patiently explained how wetsuit should fit and offered alternatives if necessary. Very experienced staff.
Phone purchase of gift voucher, staff were excellent. Present for my granddaughter, she ordered a wetsuit and collected the following day. Great service except when she got on her holiday and opened the package it was a shortie instead of full 🤣
