I've ordered from Hubauer shop several times and they always ensure that I have ordered the correct parts. My last two orders I had accidentally ordered a part that was slightly off for my specific car. They sent me emails to inform me that the parts didn't match my VIN, recommended the correct part and amended my order to ensure that I received the right part the first time. This was especially critical because one of the parts was also going to be custom painted, which meant I couldn't return it. I'll happily order from them again in the future!
The handling of my order by the team was neutral/average for an eshop, in today's competitive environment. I liked the fact that the support team identified a mistake in one ordered part and suggested the correct one for my vehicle. What i did not like at all was the fact that i had 21 items and i was only allowed to order 19. I intentionally left out 2 small parts weighting 100-150 grams maximum . The total order was almost 700 euros and the remaining parts abt 15 euros. Having contacted the support team 2-3 times the answer was negative. "Please put a new order" (which would cost me 17 euros to post). The excuse was that the extra items could damage the rest items ( i am wondering if the member of the team who replied had looked at the size of the extra items) Finally when i asked the team to consider sending the items with normal post i got a very neutral reply , that the initial order is posted and nothing can be done. I do think there is much more room for improvement on the team's handling procedures . Flexibility is important in today's business.
J'ai été un peu déçu par vos prestations, notamment par le fait que j'ai effectué deux commandes consécutives le même jour à environ 1 heure d'intervalle.
Je vous ai écris pour vous demander s'il vous serait possible de grouper mes deux commandes pour ne payer qu'une fois les frais de port mais vous avez refusé.

The incorrect item was listed as suitable for my model which was disappointing.
They allowed me credit for it once sent back but I ordered from elsewhere in the meantime as I didn’t want to risk another error.
Customer service were quick to respond.

There is no user-friendly guidance on the choice of the appropriate parts. Besides, even though I specified the VIN, the part I received does not correspond to the original one on my car

For starters, quit cooperstion with paypal as they don’t accept creditcards. The same card I payed with before at Hubauer.
Great store poor partners.
