The shop is a joke! The given delivery times are not matching the reality at all. Payment in advance, after 3 weeks still no goods received, although regarding online shop the tool is available and can be sent in 1-3 working days.
A small part of the order is sent after 3 weeks with half of the transport costs invoiced (2 boxes of small joints for over 50! EUR). The "management" refused to lower the transport cost even tough that 50 EUR for such a small shipment is more then overpriced.... No sign of customer centricity...

I live in Ireland and bought a chain saw, the electrical connections for the saw are different from UK and Ireland electrical connections, you could point this out during the buying process as I have found it impossible to buy a connector here in Ireland, so thank you very much indeed. Needless to say I won't buy from yourselves again!

They refused to send the promotional free battery
I bought a DeWalt DCS356 multitool that was in promotion with a free 4 Ah battery included. I ordered the tool, wait more than 3 weeks for the delivery, and then I received only the tool. The free battery was not sent. I asked the customer support, and they told me that the promotion was not valid for Portugal, even though no information about exceptions were available in the website.
I asked for a refund after sending the tool back, but they do not pay the shipping costs for returns.
Worst experience ever.
