I had a problem with some jewellery I had received a few months ago, so I emailed customer service for advice. They sent me a returns label and forms clear instructions what to do. A couple of weeks later I received replacements. Great service.
It would have been helpful if you could have let me know/confirmed what was happening about my jewellery as I didn’t know if you were repairing or replacing; and I also didn’t know that you were posting it back, so the package arrived unexpectedly. That said I was delighted, thank you
