Shipping and returns are very good and, above all, fast.
The size information for pants could be improved. example the mcdu and the utp. both ordered in xxxl. One fits perfectly, the other has 5 cm between my stomach and the waistband.
I had the same problem with other orders. Even two pairs of pants of the same type were significantly different in the same size.
it would be easier for everyone involved if it were possible to order on account/or with a reservation on the credit card account. this would allow a one-off order to choose from and avoid staggered orders/returns.
but to summarize: you are good :-)
Disappointing that import taxes are not dealt with at source, which is not clear when purchasing, and then has to be paid direct to the carrier (UPS). I won't order direct again unless this situation changes.
A great range of products. Some available in sizes that their UK stockists don't carry, and even after Brexit their prices are still competitive with UK ones. I got a bit confused with their sizing charts, which vary across patterns, rather than being standardised as I would expect. This resulted in me returning one pair for a refund. Their customer service operative was and is being very helpful and patient with me, and apparently they're working to standardise the sizing which will help a lot. Thank you.

UPS forwarding service is very poor. They do not deliver parcels to the address. They make a record in the system that the package has been delivered, but it's not. Instead, they keep dropping packages to the collection point.

Ammo box it’s very good product.
The bushcraft dump pouch is a beautiful product but the closing system needs to be improved as it is inconvenient and inefficient. I would use a rigid thread rather than an elastic one.

Catalog a bit confusing
Website is a bit confusing when looking for a specific product - takes lot of time to find the difference between two similar trousers for example that are a lot alike
Maybe a "compare" option could be good ?

I like the service from them. They produce a great product. I can only say that they using outside of the postal system carriers isn’t smooth. Both UPS, DHL are two carriers that are unreliable.

Great shopping experience, RMA may be improved.
Great shopping experience and on time delivery, I'll shop again here for sure. RMA procedure could be improved with online functions and status monitoring rather than be all paper based.
