What I liked best was the variety of excellent products they have. There isn’t one thing I’ve received from Helikon-Tex with which I wasn’t thrilled. The materials and craftsmanship is in the top 1% of gear manufacturers. From fit and finish, practicality, comfort, to just the overall cool factor, they are my favourite place to go for my tactical and everyday apparel and gear. Something they could do better: if an item is available in the Poland store location, I’d like to see it also available in the USA store. I’m not talking about an item being out of stock; I mean the item isn’t even listed on the USA store. Otherwise I have to take a chance on overseas shipping, which, thanks to Joe, is either REALLY slow or non-existent.

Really good ideas and products, but the quality of some is really bad. Pants seem good and Swagman Roll too. But I also have two different fleece jackets and both have loose threads literally everywhere and look like they are coming apart in every corner. Also the stitching looks terrible which is a shame. Please do quality control and change something in manufacturing, otherwise i cant recommend your company.
