I paid for the goods when ordered, paid for the goods to be delivered at my door. I could track the shipment, but when Posten came to my door they told me that the package was not to be found in their car, so no delivery. I have paid for goods that disappeared during shipment. Posten later told me to contact Fixpart about the goods that they had lost, because Fixpart is their Client. I forwarded the respons from Posten to Fixpart "kundeservice@fixpart.no", but 4 days later Fixpart has not responded. Should I make a new order and pay for the goods one more time, or what should I do? If I purchase the same goods for the second time, will the goods be delivered this time? I need the goods urgently and told Fixpart so, but with no response so far.
