I ordered a Stowa Flieger Classic 40 (Type B) online for delivery to the US, and shortly after inquired whether it would be possible to pick it up in-person at Stowa while visiting Germany. No problem - my contact Marcus quickly made the necessary arrangements. After arrival in Germany, my schedule prevented travel from Munich to Stowa and, on request, Marcus arranged for overnight delivery to my hotel. Superb customer service, to say the very least! And, as I told Marcus after delivery, the watch exceeded my very high expectations. I could not possibly be happier with my first experience in buying from Stowa; it will not be my last.

I ordered a Stowa flieger classic watch, the watch arrived to me and there was one bolt missing on the back cover, the bolt was in the box and I tightened it. Stowa solved this problem by giving me an expensive vintage strap, for which I am very grateful. But I was upset by the accuracy of the watch, it has a Top level mechanism and it should show an accuracy of +6 seconds maximum, but in my watch it shows + 10 seconds, I have a Tudor royal with the same mechanism and it shows an accuracy of +3 seconds. I paid for a Top level mechanism and received Standard level accuracy. It shouldn't be like this!
