First time buyer here. I initially thought it was a scam but I still took my chances because I really needed them. They were the cheapest compared to other online sellers and they were the only ones who had Kendamil stage 3 in stock. I did not receive an email confirmation after placing my order so that got me worried more. I chose the 20$ delivery fee to be delivered to CA. It was delivered to my door on the 7th day. Overall, I appreciate the fast delivery and cheap prices and I will be buying again from them. I would totally recommend this site for those who are in doubt from buying here. And for the seller, I suggest to send us our confirmation numbers to lessen our worries and to help us track the location of our orders. Thank you!

I purchased a case of baby formula that was on sale. The page did not specify that the formula was on sale because it was going to expire within a matter of weeks. Considering all over the website they say that all their formula has at least a year shelf life, I assumed that would be accurate.
They sent formula that was expiring within a couple of weeks. When I disputed it with Pay Pal (since it was not as described and not in line with their policy) they only refunded 10%. A pathetic resolution. I am ongoing to dispute the charge with Paypal and my credit card as this was fraud.
I don’t recommend this website at all they send me food which is expiring in 20days . And I emailed them regarding this issues they don’t even bother to respond my email. Never going to order anything from this website . very disappointing service.

no communication, took longer than promised
After placing my order with expedite 1-5 day shipping, I never got any confirmation or receipt and waited 8 days for my formula to arrive at which it was too late. They don’t communicate with you and don’t bother to answer their phones or emails no matter what time of day . I will not be buying through them ever again

Customer service is non existent. I've Reached out on one order asking for expedited shipping and I'd pay what ever it costs and received no response.
Another order was shipped and they apparently did not file the correct paper work with customs. I received the notice (see attached picture). I reached out to their support again asking for assistance and getting this released from customs. Again they just ignored me. So I've moved on and started ordering from another supplier.
