Placed an order with them last week, and they cancelled it due to me not having a UKARA number which is fair enough, but when I produced to them my British Airsoft Club Number and membership card the had the audacity to decline it as a valid form of defense. I argued my point but they didn't want to entertain it as a valid defense so I got a refund and would never recommend this company again unless you have a UKARA. What's the point in having a valid defence for it to be rejected. This has even happened before in the UK, the BAC wasn't seen as a good enough form of defence which now questions my thinking realistically who is at fault, BAC or Gunfire. Regardless my experience was crap and won't go near them again.

Good afternoon, When you tried to change the address, an error may have occurred which is beyond our control and we have not seen it because no one has reported a similar problem to us. Of course, we sent the parcel to the correct address again at our expense. In this case please change your rating about our shop.
