Over all I'm really satisfied with the purchase, product and shipping. I gave you 4 stars only because when I placed my order on 1st of June, there was a promocode which you've posted on a banner at the front page. The discount was 15% on almost all products. I made my order from direct link on the rifle so I miss the discount which was about 70 euro, with which I could buy other stuff from your website and I felt little disappointed after I saw the promocode. My suggestion is when you have that discount on almost all your products just make it visible at the product price or place the banner at every page. Except that, everything was great and I really like the gun. Thanks Best regards Filip

Firstly i send some mails asking some questions about some products so i can buy them, and never got any answer. Secondly you work with UPS which is the worst courier for my city, we are 1.5m ppl on my city and they have only 1 shop which is 25khm away from my house, and that shop is on the top east side of the city while i leave on the west side, that being said, if i miss the delivery guy, i have to drive 25khm to take it and another 25khm to return home. They work only 9 hours to this shop so i can't take the delivery when i work cause when i get there after my work, they are closed. Terrible coop with them. Better DHL for Thessaloniki at least.

Wcześniej były drobne problemy z jakością towaru, ale ostatnim razem replika SWD przyjechała z mariażem z fabryki z zatrzaskiem rury gazowej, po prostu odpadła, gdy wyciągali replikę z pudełka . Szkoda.

One of the items ordered arrived broken. the QD Tactical Sling Swivel does not stick to the weapon. The box was open and they still didn't check the item! What causes even more discontent is that with the value of postage so high, it is not worth sending an item of just over €6 for exchange. I have always bought articles there and this is the first time that has happened to me. Not satisfied!!

I recieved an email saying my order was sent, then tracked and now a few days later i have recieved an email saying my order has been cancelled. When i sent an email asking for info i did not get a reply or a refund. Instead i get emails asking for a review.... hence the 1 star review.

I have received the package from you earlier today. After I opened it I have noticed straight away that the paint on the airsoft gun is heavily damaged with big scratches. Also the dust cover locking mechanism is damaged and not working properly. They dont answer to my email .

As for the downgrade, the service was not included in the order hence it was automatically redirected to ship as soon as possible. We have offered you to pick up the replica at our expense and perform the downgrade but we have not received any response so far.
