Placed an order with them last week, and they cancelled it due to me not having a UKARA number which is fair enough, but when I produced to them my British Airsoft Club Number and membership card the had the audacity to decline it as a valid form of defense. I argued my point but they didn't want to entertain it as a valid defense so I got a refund and would never recommend this company again unless you have a UKARA. What's the point in having a valid defence for it to be rejected. This has even happened before in the UK, the BAC wasn't seen as a good enough form of defence which now questions my thinking realistically who is at fault, BAC or Gunfire. Regardless my experience was crap and won't go near them again.

I recieved an email saying my order was sent, then tracked and now a few days later i have recieved an email saying my order has been cancelled. When i sent an email asking for info i did not get a reply or a refund. Instead i get emails asking for a review.... hence the 1 star review.

You ask my review when I have not received anything. I have no update about the delivery. Uou have not sent a tracking number. I even doubt whether the site is legit or I just lost my money. Yes you can improve you communication

Wcześniej były drobne problemy z jakością towaru, ale ostatnim razem replika SWD przyjechała z mariażem z fabryki z zatrzaskiem rury gazowej, po prostu odpadła, gdy wyciągali replikę z pudełka . Szkoda.

Good afternoon, The purchase you made was already after the promotional period and our system did not have time to update so many prices in such a short time. As for the downgrade, the service was not included in the order hence it was automatically redirected to ship as soon as possible. We have offered you to pick up the replica at our expense and perform the downgrade but we have not received any response so far. Good afternoon, When you tried to change the address, an error may have occurred which is beyond our control and we have not seen it because no one has reported a similar problem to us. Of course, we sent the parcel to the correct address again at our expense. In this case please change your rating about our shop.

Hi, We have tried to help you with the faulty goods by recommending that the parcel be collected by a courier fully paid for by us. Whenever you change your mind and would like us to accept a red dot for a claim then please get back to us.
