Placed an order with them last week, and they cancelled it due to me not having a UKARA number which is fair enough, but when I produced to them my British Airsoft Club Number and membership card the had the audacity to decline it as a valid form of defense.
I argued my point but they didn't want to entertain it as a valid defense so I got a refund and would never recommend this company again unless you have a UKARA.
What's the point in having a valid defence for it to be rejected.
This has even happened before in the UK, the BAC wasn't seen as a good enough form of defence which now questions my thinking realistically who is at fault, BAC or Gunfire.
Regardless my experience was crap and won't go near them again.

When I ordered the Putnik I specified that I wanted GLS Incognito. I assumed that there would be no visible or digital references to "Airsoft" or the Gunfire name on the box. We'll digitally it was a reference code which was perfect, but on the box they use packing tape with GUNFIRE printed on it. So yeah my neighbors had 1,000,000 questions. What where why how. Asking be about guns and sheet. Wow way to go Gunfire. Thanks for absolutely nothing but headaches. The item was good, well packed, zenitco branded, fast shipping. If it didn't have Gunfire on the box I would have given 5 stars.

The package arrived very quickly, the replicas were well packed, while one of the replicas was damaged, with the A&K 1873 the plug covering the gas connection falls out. It was fixable at home, so I didn't play with the complaint. I don't like that you sent the replica like this, the damage was visible. Thank you

Wcześniej były drobne problemy z jakością towaru, ale ostatnim razem replika SWD przyjechała z mariażem z fabryki z zatrzaskiem rury gazowej, po prostu odpadła, gdy wyciągali replikę z pudełka . Szkoda.
