Placed an order with them last week, and they cancelled it due to me not having a UKARA number which is fair enough, but when I produced to them my British Airsoft Club Number and membership card the had the audacity to decline it as a valid form of defense.
I argued my point but they didn't want to entertain it as a valid defense so I got a refund and would never recommend this company again unless you have a UKARA.
What's the point in having a valid defence for it to be rejected.
This has even happened before in the UK, the BAC wasn't seen as a good enough form of defence which now questions my thinking realistically who is at fault, BAC or Gunfire.
Regardless my experience was crap and won't go near them again.

Over all I'm really satisfied with the purchase, product and shipping. I gave you 4 stars only because when I placed my order on 1st of June, there was a promocode which you've posted on a banner at the front page. The discount was 15% on almost all products. I made my order from direct link on the rifle so I miss the discount which was about 70 euro, with which I could buy other stuff from your website and I felt little disappointed after I saw the promocode. My suggestion is when you have that discount on almost all your products just make it visible at the product price or place the banner at every page. Except that, everything was great and I really like the gun. Thanks

The order processing and delivery was fast which I liked but they hardly provided the delivery company with anything but my adress so they couldn't contact me because only my adress was provided to them and if I did not check the parcel information regulary and call the delivery company I wouldn't knew they are delivering. Providing the contact information for a delivery is important in my opinion. Otherwise everything was good.

Salute, mi è piaciuto il sito, la disponibilità di repliche softair e, soprattutto, i prezzi buoni e le descrizioni dettagliate dei prodotti in vendita. Quello che non mi soddisfa è il tempo per la consegna che, a tutt'oggi ( 21/02/2022) sto aspettando, dal 14/02/2022 (data dell'ordine). Avrei dovuto ricevere il pacco venerdì 18/02/2022 !! Plenty of inventory and a good customer service. However packing orders could be faster. It took them 2 days to pack an order. Also I bought a rifle last year and I asked them to send me a copy of my receipt because I could not find mine. They were unable to track down my order and find the receipt... Looks like their system does not keep track of customer's orders.

I don't know if it was just a faulty acog or damaged by UPS, but my acog was broken, so I contacted the customer service, and they handled my case pretty well so far, they sent a gls guy to pick up the package that I wanted to retorn altough I still dont know if I will get a refund or the same product, or they fix the acog I sent them, and send it back.

Gunfire were great only let down by UPS, and then after nearly a month of chasing UPS to get customs to release my gun they delivered with a bill to pay import duties £81.70 now I wasn't expecting that.
suggestion for gun fire may be look at other carriers for UK deliveries.

Rifle quality is good, everythink came in time, i would like to get some discount code after 2-3 months then i could made big order or discount code with long time experience date, its a win win then for bouth sides, but now i have alredy like 20 guns in my storage.

The AK is really awesome and has a nice waight. This is my first AK, and I am not disapointed.
When the gun came tho, i could not put in the mag because of a cable from the dust cover was in the mag-well. Luckily i was able to push it out.
