I don't know if it was just a faulty acog or damaged by UPS, but my acog was broken, so I contacted the customer service, and they handled my case pretty well so far, they sent a gls guy to pick up the package that I wanted to retorn altough I still dont know if I will get a refund or the same product, or they fix the acog I sent them, and send it back.
Positive; Quick answers on questions.
Possible Improvement; if no NABV-copy present ask for one
(and whenever no answer within 3 days consider that email was blacklisted/blocked or went to spam-filter)
Please provide correct email-adres (sales@ or email@example.com ?) for NABV-info on webpage.

Quick and reasonable workers, so everthing was fine. However if the system knows how to handle EU company buyers, it would be easier not to ask for invoices without VAT from a person.
