Placed an order with them last week, and they cancelled it due to me not having a UKARA number which is fair enough, but when I produced to them my British Airsoft Club Number and membership card the had the audacity to decline it as a valid form of defense.
I argued my point but they didn't want to entertain it as a valid defense so I got a refund and would never recommend this company again unless you have a UKARA.
What's the point in having a valid defence for it to be rejected.
This has even happened before in the UK, the BAC wasn't seen as a good enough form of defence which now questions my thinking realistically who is at fault, BAC or Gunfire.
Regardless my experience was crap and won't go near them again.

Excellent range of products, good pricing and relatively fast shipping. I bought two complete gearboxes and about 5 or so extra internal parts. Shipping from Poland to Belgium took 5 days and cost 11,50. That is not really cheap (but not that exensive either) if you need just 1 or 2 items, but if you need a bunch of items, then this store is a really good option.
Definitely worth your trust!

Everything was fine, but I just forgot the option that you had to paint the gun, I wanted it painted and didn't see that option when purchased. maybe it was me that missed it, like I said I didn't remember that when I did the order, but that should appear like before, when I fist buyed from you... Anyway, best airsoft shop in my opinion. Thanks

Понравилась быстрая работа персонала по отправке товара покупателю, весь товар качественно упакован, сохранен. Жаль что нет вертикальных ручек на цевьё винтовки М4/М16 на планку RIS 22mm.Надеюсь что появиться, разгрузочный желает Multicam и тактическая одежда XL-XXL размеров. Надеюсь появиться. 😉

Positive; Quick answers on questions.
Possible Improvement; if no NABV-copy present ask for one
(and whenever no answer within 3 days consider that email was blacklisted/blocked or went to spam-filter)
Please provide correct email-adres (sales@ or nabv@gunfire.com ?) for NABV-info on webpage.

I bought a replica and I didn't found in any place what battery is better for it.I bought a battery that it's too big and doesn't fit at the stock and with the wrong connection.
Other situation that could be better is to receive your cominication in English and not is polish

I ordered some small additional stuff here because another store was out of stock. I was surprised by the fast delivery (from poland i believe?) To the netherlands. I got updates when my order was given to the courier and nothing to complain about honestly.

Хороший магазин, есть конечно товар низкого качества, но это от невнимательности при заказе, нужно хорошо вглядываться и вчитываться в описании товара и смотреть отзывы, бывает помогает, а так всё хорошо, покамисть доволен.

Packaging could use some work since the box was ripped up but this could just be DHL not handling it correctly.
