Millesima provides a tremendous resource for French wine enthusiasts to obtain a broad range of wines from a diverse selection of vintages which is unparalleled in today's commercial market. I do wish that orders could/would be shipped from France more frequently than currently provided or scheduled....

Ordered futures from them, and they eventually came, but it took 4 months of back and forth from the time they said delivery was imminent and had me pay my shipping invoice invoice until the time they actually shipped and they did not do a good job of keeping me informed why. Had to chase them for answers, and the answers I got were often inaccurate. So: good wine, poor customer service.

poor communication

I didn't know my order was ready to ship until I called. No one contacted me. I was never informed when the shipment was going to be delivered, luckily, I happened to be home at the time. I never received the wood crates that I was invoiced for and I was told their were no crates.

They charged me the second time for shipping and sales tax for items I already paid in 2022. And they did not disclose that but announced they want to charge shipping and sales tax for an upcoming shipment. Very deceiving and shows me that they do not have their processes under control. Hope I will et my money back soon for this wrong charge/transaction.

I was shorted three bottles of wine in a recent shipment, and, despite my repeated requests, I have not received the missing bottles or a refund. My next step will be to advise American Express to adjust my account and yours for the missing wine.

Outrageous shipping charge

No problems with the wine, but the shipping charges were outrageous.
