Have not unboxed my Rotavator but purchase and delivery has been excellent.
All packages in pristine condition externally.
Placed order on 16/06/2022 delivered to Ireland 04/07/2022. 18 days.
Only issue I have had is the tracking does not work.
Checking tracking website the number does not exist.
On Friday 01/07/2022 I received a phone call from a local courier company asking if Monday 04/07/2022 was suitable to deliver.
Driver on day telephoned me 30 min beforehand.
What more can one ask.
However on Agrieuro website my order on Friday 01/07/2022 updated to indepot 04/07/2022.
All in all confusing to the customer.
Otherwise I’m looking forward to using this device. Much better cheaper deal from Agrieuro for same product than any of the local suppliers.
Agrieuro included tool kit, safety work equipment , outdoor cover and shipping in the cost at a better price.

As far as I can see it lay in a warehouse front 2/5 to 6/5
Then 6/5 in transit
9/5 still in transit
That's all the info I have on it
It's now the 15/5
That's 28 days and still not delivered
This is probably the worst experience I've ever had. I won't be recommending Agrieuro to anyony

Your request for feedback is premature as the goods have not yet been delivered. Delivery dates have been well exceeded and the tracking information is totally inadequate. Based on previous orders goods do eventually arrive in good condition and working.

the spare parts you ordered on May 2nd were shipped on May 4th following our delivery time of 24/28 hours from receipt of payment to order processing. Your shipment was within the expected time frame, but at the time of delivery, the shipping company tried to contact you without success, unfortunately. Therefore, our operator immediately took action to ask you for a valid phone number for allowing the shipping company to contact you and deliver the goods as quickly as possible.

the goods you ordered were delivered in two parcels on 27 and 30 May respectively. In the days following delivery, we did not receive any report from you of damage to the machine. If you had contacted us within the eight days after delivery as per our company policy for reporting damage to the goods, we could have immediately offered you assistance in resolving the problem. However, you can still open a assistance ticket via your account to receive priority assistance, or you can contact us by e-mail and we can proceed to open the ticket for you.
