Items priced on website not honered , took my order and payment and then refunded before informing item priced wrongly obviously too low if it was overpriced I doubt if they would be as quick to refund then.

I am still waiting for delivery , the item was ordered on the 10th, the tracker reports it was shipped on the 14th, it is now the 27th! Can't comment on the quality of the goods.

This company is below acceptable. I've ordered an item from the website and immediately received a confirmation email stating that the order was received and shipping will be made in 5-10 days. 2 weeks later I haven't received the item, so I contacted customer service. 2 days later they have sent me an email saying that they are going to give me a full refund, as they don't have the item on stock.

Very very poor customer service Three parcels sent, the heaviest once missing in the world. Failed to delivery the missing item again before deadline. Force to refund but take a long long time to credit my bank account after a few requests. I got a lot apologizes instead of dough mixer.

Dear Madam, we are relying on external freight forwarders and are shipping a huge amount of parcels every day. Unfortunately, in this flow, some parcels can get lost in the transit from one depot to the other. This was the case of DHL who lost the parcel. We were immediately willing to send you the missing parcel however you were no longer available to receive the package, and we refunded you.
