Have not unboxed my Rotavator but purchase and delivery has been excellent. All packages in pristine condition externally. Placed order on 16/06/2022 delivered to Ireland 04/07/2022. 18 days. Only issue I have had is the tracking does not work. Checking tracking website the number does not exist. On Friday 01/07/2022 I received a phone call from a local courier company asking if Monday 04/07/2022 was suitable to deliver. Driver on day telephoned me 30 min beforehand. What more can one ask. However on Agrieuro website my order on Friday 01/07/2022 updated to indepot 04/07/2022. All in all confusing to the customer. Otherwise I’m looking forward to using this device. Much better cheaper deal from Agrieuro for same product than any of the local suppliers. Agrieuro included tool kit, safety work equipment , outdoor cover and shipping in the cost at a better price.

Delivered on time , quality products . The only issue I have with the products I received is the quality of the instructions , on all three products the assembly instructions were very poor, if there was video instructions or clear pictures of assembly on the website it would go a long way to making a more positive experience.

OK service Mobile device shopping has difficulty with taking card payment Does not ship to UK. I understand why but the website is .co.uK Courier failed delivery on first attempt with very poor excuse

I bought a machine that broke after a day's work, I contacted agrieuro for spare parts and that the warranty should apply but no one contacted me. in the end I had to pay for the parts myself

Good morning, We're sorry for the inconvenience experienced. However, when you opened the assistance ticket you only told us that you needed some parts that you had lost while using the machine, you didn't mentioned any malfunction. Our operator replied to you in less than one day generating for you the order of the parts you needed and sending you the payment request but you didn't reply even if we solicited you. If we would have known that the machine had broken down after the first day of use we would have provided you assistance under warranty and you wouldn't had to pay for the parts needed. Best regards,

Dear Mr Kromjong, the goods you ordered were delivered in two parcels on 27 and 30 May respectively. In the days following delivery, we did not receive any report from you of damage to the machine. If you had contacted us within the eight days after delivery as per our company policy for reporting damage to the goods, we could have immediately offered you assistance in resolving the problem. However, you can still open a assistance ticket via your account to receive priority assistance, or you can contact us by e-mail and we can proceed to open the ticket for you.
