Have not unboxed my Rotavator but purchase and delivery has been excellent.
All packages in pristine condition externally.
Placed order on 16/06/2022 delivered to Ireland 04/07/2022. 18 days.
Only issue I have had is the tracking does not work.
Checking tracking website the number does not exist.
On Friday 01/07/2022 I received a phone call from a local courier company asking if Monday 04/07/2022 was suitable to deliver.
Driver on day telephoned me 30 min beforehand.
What more can one ask.
However on Agrieuro website my order on Friday 01/07/2022 updated to indepot 04/07/2022.
All in all confusing to the customer.
Otherwise I’m looking forward to using this device. Much better cheaper deal from Agrieuro for same product than any of the local suppliers.
Agrieuro included tool kit, safety work equipment , outdoor cover and shipping in the cost at a better price.
Ordered sprayer on 28/4
As far as I can see it lay in a warehouse front 2/5 to 6/5
Then 6/5 in transit
9/5 still in transit
That's all the info I have on it
It's now the 15/5
That's 28 days and still not delivered
This is probably the worst experience I've ever had. I won't be recommending Agrieuro to anyony
Good variety of machines for my kind of business, good prices and quick delivery, when you have in mind, that is free.

Delivery was quick and communication with Agrieuro was very good but the delivery didn't take unto account our note - saying the receiver would be away during a certain week - which was when the delivery was made. This caused some issues at our end.
Also, the manual wasn't made available until the item delivered but it would have been more useful to us to have access to it immediately after we paid, as we needed to design some infrastructure around the item and were working to a tight deadline.

the instructions manual is generally included in the original packaging together with the item, however, once the goods have been delivered, the customer can download the pdf manual online via his/her personal account on our website. Finally, our operator immediately informed the carrier company about the note left by the customer indicating the specific dates when the customer would be present at the shipping address.

The product has payment protection and also you can track the process of delivery. The only problem I had was the log splitter I bought, it arrived with hydrolic oil spilt all over the inside of the box, it was on my hands when I was undoing the packaging. Other then that all was well.
