Delivery was fast enough and prices acceptable. Only minor was that Techocell seat cover to my CR250R 1992 Honda. It was hardened too much by time and would not stretch like new ones. There is still line in the midle of seat from rear to front which will not straighten. And rear end of the seat, never had so big problems to strecth seat cover over rear looking good. And I have had much more difficultier seat covers to put in place. I guess it has been very long time in the warehouse and in the paggage. After all, everything is fine and I will purchase items from GreenlandMX in the future again!

5 weeks to deliver an item. Initially out of stock but this wasn't comminucated for 3 weeks. I sent several messages to their support person before any response. Then it was supposedly delivered but hadn't been. I asked for my money back - no response. About 5 days later it arrived. If you want stress and poor communication then consider this when you purchase. Previously I've used them without too much delay etc. I'm definitely worried by their lack of customer service really. Not sure if I will use them again when other companies exist. The caveat is I ordered in the Christmas New Year break. Even so they were work days when I ordered so.....5 weeks seems a real long time to wait.

Gentile cliente, il suo account GMX non è un account professionale, ma ha lo status di associazione sportiva, quindi gli sconti non sono così elevati come per un account B2B. Poiché non avete una TVA, i vostri acquisti devono essere fatturati con le tasse, quindi la differenza tra un acquisto come privato o come associazione sportiva non è così significativa. you have to improve communication with the customer and deliveries have to be faster. Because what was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 days, a month has passed and I still haven't received the order.

Thanks for contacting us and shared your experience. During the Christmas period, some suppliers (as in your case) were closed for holidays. Late notice about unavailability

It took three weeks after ordering until I received a mail saing what I ordered was not in store and would not be sent until april. Such late notice is a problem when you are shopping for Christmas.

Thanks for share your experience keeping us informed about your case. We have checked you bought a kit (helmet+googles) with a web edition mistake in googles model so we have proposed you a reduction on these if you decided to keep them. As you has refused this option we have informed you had always the possibility to return the complete kit. Unfortunately you have used the helmet after being informed of these conditions, so a return was impossible taking into account the kit is sold as a single unit, and used products are in no case refundable. In no case our team have treated you in a disrespectful way, you have just been informed about the conditions of sale and your responsibility as a consumer. Best regards from the GMX team.

Trying to return anything is a real pain! Almost four weeks after receiving the product, I cannot return it since they do not answer my e-mails and don't send me the shipping label for the shipping company — very bad post-sales customer support.

We have checked your order number GMX00974845 has been dispatched 4 business days after its registration respecting the procurement delay indicated in our web. After that, the delivery was succesfully on time 24h after. You have requested a free return but as we have confirmed you by mail, we havent found any incidence from us or transport agency. Hemos comprobado que las piezas que solicitó pertenecen al grupo KTM que por lo general tienen un plazo de aprovisionamiento a nuestras instalaciones de 5-7 días laborables. El pedido salió dentro del plazo indicado y llegó a destino 4 días laborables después tendiendo en cuenta que se trata de una expedición intercontinental. Tal y como indican nuestras políticas de devolución, fuera de la unión europea no gestionamos las devoluciones directamente con nuestra propia agencia, pero el cliente puede hacerlo por sus medios a través del servicio de transporte que prefiera. Hemos comprobado que usted adquirió dos referencias originales del grupo KTM que presentan un plazo de aprovisionamiento de 5-7 días laborables. Lamentablemente hubo un ligero retraso suplementario de 4 días laborables que se le indicó por email los primeros días tras su compra y por ello le pedimos disculpas. Respecto a la devolución, tal y como indican nuestras políticas de devolución, nuestra empresa no gestiona las devoluciones fuera de Europa con nuestra propia agencia, pero puede gestionarlo usted mismo sopesando los costes de envío y aduanas correspondientes. Bonjour che client, Votre commande a été expédiée avec un retard de 2 jours, tenant compte qu'il s'agit des pièces d'origine KTM (5-7 jours ouvrables pour son approvisionnement). Malheureusement, la commande a été finalement nous retourné parce que l'information de destination n'était pas complète: il s'agit d'un société où le nom n'était pas indiqué, et aussi situé avec des autres magasins dans la même zone industrielle. Notre service clientèle vient de vous contacter pourque vous pouvez nous confirmer si vous voulez la réexpédition de la marchandise. Cordiàlement l'équipe GMX
