Hyvä palvelu, hyvät tuotteet, tulevat nopeasti. Tilaukset Klarnan kautta onnistuneet loistavasti, ei ongelmaa.
Kun tilasin tuoraan verkkomaksulla, tilasta ei ikinä tullut. Kun otin yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun, he vastasivat nopeasti, laittoivat tilauksen uusintana. Tämäkään ei tullut koskaan perille.
Nyt tilasin taas Klarnan verkkopankkimaksulla, tilaus tuli muutamassa päivässä. Teknisistä ongelmista huolimatta, tulen tilaamaan jatkossakin.
Shipping isn´t the companys strong point. Now it took a week to find empty boxes for my shipment and next I´m wondering how my three boxes are traveling through Europe. If like last time, slowly and everyone to a different picking point or just simply missing somewhere.

Nyt tilasin taas Klarnan verkkopankkimaksulla, tilaus tuli muutamassa päivässä. Teknisistä ongelmista huolimatta, tulen tilaamaan jatkossakin.
Vaikka joskus tuotteet ovat loppu, löydän aina jotain hyvää tilalle. Tilaus tulee nopeasti soraan kotiovelle, ja tuotteet ovat hyvälaatusia. Ihanaa, että saatiin KoRo Suomeen!

Ilmoitti heti, kun tuotetta oli taas saatavilla.
Aikoinaan kaipaamaani tuotetta ei ollut saatavissa. Jätin tiedon toiveestani. Ja nyt kun tuotetta oli saatu, Koro lähetti heti tiedon. Tilaus sujui hyvin.
