I was a little bit afraid of ordering from abroad but it was not necessary since superglamourous sent my shoes within a day from ordering and I did receive it few days after. Super fast shipping and smooth ordering process..
Received the shoes on Monday. In the box were shoes with the wrong size (1 size smaller). I wrote already 2 emails to the shop but did not receive any answer (today is Thursday). In the whole shopping process the shop did not send me any invoice. I asked for the receipt but did not any answer. Next week I am going to ask the Italian authorities, if this is OK in Italy.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my item. I would never of used this retailer. The email address they provide for returns gets bounced back. You are unable to contact them and after nearly a month have still not heard a whisper form them. Not happy at all. the item was over 300 Euros so a fair bit of money to lose.

Size is very small, return policy too complicated and creates really hassle. Online shopping is about saving time, however here is I’m experiencing spending more time and money.
Great ads and professional website, got my attention but reality has been different.

Purchased this shoe last month and only won it ONCE for my mother's 70th Birthday party and the bows came off during the party which was rather embarrassing, couldn't find the other bow!!! For a £300 shoe this is hugely shocking and disappointing!!!
