The artistry is impressive, though my black ball was missing a lot of the coloured spots shown in the piece online. The ornament was also missing the gold string shown for hanging. The shipper DHL had the box opened and reopened, taped and re-taped—the thin box arrived crushed in a plastic bag. It was truly a miracle the glass was in one piece. The seller was informed and photos were sent. OMG told me they would file a case with DHL, but there was no offer of any return to me on the shipping I paid.

I was not happy with this piece at all
I was not happy with this piece. It is faulty, but a member of staff said basically that it couldnt be helped. Not so. It looks as though they have tried to palm me off with a factory second. The mouth is not finished off well and has gone wrong on the Picasso face piece.
I was told that this was to be expected when producing many pieces. Surely this should be reflected in the price?
Apart from that, one of the pieces of hair was broken off.

Glasses are very different in reality
Glasses you received are very different from the website colors. For instance, I received a black glass while the pictures and description do not mention it and colors are bright on website. Regular exchange before the order to make sure such issue do not happen. First after sales contact (Gianluca) confirmed there is an issue and they will ship the righ glass asap. More than a month after and despite my mails, no feedback or shipment.

I was expecting a certificate or card stating that it was a real merino glass piece. Also there was no marking on the piece so it feels like it was factory produced. Price was expensive for an in marked piece

Para lo que hemos pagado, esperabamos otra cosa, el grabado a mano muy deficiente, el texto no estaba ni rectas, las letras unas se ven mas que otras y nos hemos tenido que buscar la vida para pegar el soporte a la pieza, porque venian separados, ademas no venia ni en una cajita, no lo recomiendo, nos ha decepcionado

I ordered a Christmas tree ball with some engraving - it is shown clearly in the order, but the ball arrived without the engravement. This was to be a memorial to my daughter who died suddenly a few weeks ago. I have tried contacing them several times via email and no response. I am deeply disappointed.

I realy like the design and detail of the key fob. But it should of been like the front on the back as well. Nice and transparent, and the metal should of been made out of stainless steel or sliver.
