While the pendant was lovely and just what I wanted, the clasp on the necklace was broken. I had to replace that at my own expense.

Auf den Fotos sah es ja schon super aus aber als ich es hier bei mir hatte fand meine Freude keine Grenzen .Ein super Teil und es wurde sehr schnell Versand, es hat nur Tage gedauert . OMG kann ich sehr empfehlen .Hatte auch ein paar sehr nette Kontakte mit OMG ,bin mehr als zufrieden.

For my past 7 years of Christmas gifts from my Italian friend were the Murano Glass products. It has been my pride and Christmas tradition to display them in the foyer of my house. Although I received MY first order to my friend 2022 Christmas was in damaged condition. OMG has taken the replacement action immediately after my contact to OMG. And follow up with emails to make sure my friend received it in good condition. I was quite impressed by the customer service of OMG in very professional manner. Fantástico el producto, perfectamente empacado, constante comunicación de parte de la tienda… se atrasó un poco pero valió la pena la espera…pero considerando que venía de otro continente no fue nada… si tuve problemas con DHL en mi país pero eso es parte…. Los colores si eran un poco diferentes al catálogo pero pero es propio de la Magia qué hacen con los maestros de OMG. Luciré fantástica en mi boda con mis accesorios!!! Gracias OMG muramos!!😘😍

4-5 week lead time, given the fact this is hand craft Merino glass and was coming from Italy I didn't have an issue. I just hoped it was here for Christmas. 4 or 5 days later goods are on my doorstep...well the collection point 5 minutes from my house. Outstanding service, beautiful product, just really happy. This is the 3rd year I've used them for handmade glass decorations and I will continue to do so!

Everything was absolutely PERFECT from start to finish!! The bottle glass stopper with 24K gold is absolutely gorgeous!! Shipment was very efficient and quick. Ornament was packaged extremely well and arrived safely. We were very happy with our purchase and the ordering experience. The one thing I might recommend considering is the placement of a sturdy box - maybe decorated with Murano style so that the item (a Christmas ornament) could be stored in it. Ornament is beautiful!

Actually I don't have any recommendation to your company. Quality of your product is beyond question. Shipping too (I was expecting shipping to take twice much time). Ordering was easy and all taxes and shipping was included in final price you show. The only recommendation I can have is "Keep in same way for the future"

I attended a glass blowing in Venice recently and saw the excellent craftsmanship of the artisan. I had no opportunity to purchase a piece for my daughter-in-law, so I ordered an authentic Murano glass horse for her. It arrived sooner than expected and was packed very, very securely. She loved it!

The product is superb, the delivery time is quite remarkable, and O.M.G. are a first class company to deal with. I have ordered from them on several occasions, as well as buying from them during a holiday in Venice, and have never had any problems at all. Very strongly recommended.

Ho acquistato già tre articoli da Original Murano Glass e devo dire che oltre a produrre opere d'arte bellissime questa azienda è molto seria e corretta. Molto probabilmente in futuro acquisterò altre loro opere per arricchire la mia casa con cose piacevoli e di pregio.

Love my new earrings and bottle stopper. Unfortunately the earrings hang lower than expected and are pretty heavy. Going to my jeweler today to see if they can be raised up higher and supported better on my ears. Very nice surprise to get a free glass ornament!
