Good trousers. Improved delivery service in 5 working days (at least this time). Overall 6-8 working days for delivery is too slow for a premium retailer. 5 working days is just about acceptable. 3 days is the expection. This is important because Meyer trousers are not widely available in shops.
I had not received a package in almost 10 days. When I got in touch then a slow response confirmed that it had been damaged in customs. I A replacement package was shipped (still not received). I pointed out that this matter only came to light as I reached out and that this was disappointing (I required the order sooner). The response was very disappointing and not at all custome
I have not received it yet. Its now late and I may not have it in time for Christmas! According to UPS, the trousers have not moved in over 2 days and are stuck in a facility in France.
