For 1 month they held the cost of ~£100 for my item without shipping it to me. I had to chase them daily to understand when my order will finally be shipped. I had to raise a complaint in order to be told that they are not planning on shipping my order, so I ended up requesting and receiving a refund. At each step I only got some explanation after chasing them multiple times, via multiple methods.

Terrible customer service. They will not respond to emails, or phone calls. I ended up with two orders shipped to me and paid for two orders with the same items. When one order of 200.00 Canadian was canceled by email in less than 24 hours of canceling was never looked at. The second order was 280.00. Now I’m stuck with extra items and with two bills from ups one for 85.00 in customs fees and 45

Order is still not received 6 weeks following placement. Customer service cannot provide adequate answers as to why ? Paid a premium for freight and the products whereabouts cannot be viewed via the assigned tracking number. The worst international online purchase experience I have encountered.

Delivery took too long ( but this is my bad, I wasnt expecting shipment by sea based on my experience with other sites selling premium products), the product felt a bit flimsy and customer service took a week to provide an initial non- automated response to my email.
