While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Delivery times awful

I made an order with an estimate that it will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. In less than 24h i got an update email pushing it to 5-6 weeks and eventually i received the package 7 weeks after ordering. 2 days before getting the right package I received another package by Nordic Nest containing wrong items and sent to me by mistake. It took them 4 days to answer my email where I asked where is the correct package and what should I do with the wrong one. The answer itself was polite and helpful but overall experience was poor.

We always try to inform our customers about the delivery times on our website and in the order confirmation when the order is placed, however, it does happen that we get information about delays from the supplier after the order has been placed. poor 'rating'

There are many reasons for my 'rating'. Basically the company appears somewhat dishonest, in my opinion. Examples are: -the 5% offer when signs up is a dishonest ploy to entice one to sign up. I signed up but was unable to use the 5%. - customer service is possibly a BOT as the responses are poor and of no help. - limited stock and big delays on receiving items even when paying extra for express. One order took over 6 weeks when I paid extra. So I presume it is another 'ploy'

Item arrived damaged. I wrote to tell them. Reply took more than a week, asking me some questions. I replied the same day. Eighteen days later, still no reply, so I wrote again. This time I received a reply the next day, asking me the same questions as the first reply. I replied again. Let's see how long they take this time. Tomorrow is a month since my first email.

Some of my order were broken but the money was refunded quickly

First, packaging should be improved: each item should be placed in an individual box, and cardboard boxes should be doubled. Second, the delivery time should be much shortened. It took almost one month to receive the goods. Quick refunds, when claimed, and a wide variety of products (Bergs Potter) were good points.

We always try to package the items so they don't get damaged during transport, but it does still happen that fragile items are packed with too much or too little packaging. It is a truly amazing journey the items make all over the world and we are of course trying to adjust the packaging according to the journey they make and at the same time keep the delivery times as short as possible. The delivery service Budbee you are are using is really irritating. They don't use an alternative address of a neighbour when we were abroad and when we were at home, expecting our parcel, it was delivered at a wrong address, while we'd got a nessage saying 'we delivered your parcel'.

Unfortunately the vase I ordered was smashed to pieces upon delivery. The vase wasn’t protectively wrapped and the box it came in was in a bad state. It’s a shame as it was a lovely vase.
