While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Delayed shipping, wrong product delivered

I ordered an advent candle in late Nov for pre Christmas gifts. It never arrived and I forgot about it. Later (Feb) I received an email saying candle was being shipped. Since it was after Christmas, I asked the order be cancelled but was told it was already shipped. When it arrived, the candle was lovely however it was not the Advent candle I’d originally ordered.

I still haven't received my order placed on 20/2/24 so I resent being asked to review it frankly. I have contacted customer service who simply said it's been dispatched from the warehouse. The DPD tracking just says there's been a delay to your parcel. A bit ridiculous waiting this long for a frying pan and mug and I wish I had gone to John lewis instead.

Fab range of products, but dodgy reviews policy

Fab range of products, and excellent customer service. Only 3 stars though because there is no more PayPal, and because Nordic Nest invite customers to review products, but they do not publish all the reviews from verified purchasers ... not even positive reviews.

Nordic nest: Unreliable supplier

I am deeply disappointed by Nordic Nest and would not recommend this supplier to anyone. Since November last year I have been waiting for my order, a porcelaine service, with one unreliable explanation after the other for why has only been partially delivered.

The service was great but the product was not as nice as the website presented it to be. The silicone mould at the top of the Acorn (Umage) light had chipped edges and these are highly visible when the light is switched on. Also, installing the light fitting was very difficult because our hallway light had old wire terminals fitted into a secured base, which prevented me from fitting the Rosette ceiling rose and cord that goes with the Acorn. The light and rose products should clearly advise potential customers that fitting the light is only recommended to be done by a professional electrician. And that adds another £100 to the whole thing.

Had to wait 3 months for our order

Having to wait 3 months for our order was extremely annoying. It had been meant as a Christmas present for our son and his partner. Fortunately they were very understanding and patient but to be honest don’t think we will be ordering from Nordic Nest again. When placing the order we had been lead to believe that the goods would be with us in plenty of time

Great customer service but terrible packaging

We ordered 5 side plates, and 2 large ceramic canisters, among other things. The plates were packed in a thin layer of bubble wrap and placed in the box, standing up, with no other protection between them and the box. 4 of the 5 plates broke. One of the canisters had no bubble wrap over the lid, so this broke also. I've given them 3 stars however, because they replied to my complaint quickly, and offered a refund or replacement, without quibbling.
