Customer service is amazing, they respond to you very fast and the comply with the requirements you might have.
The product I bought was not available in any other shop, and price was very good too. They have also discounts.

The order took one month to arrive. Although Gourmet hunter responded to my mails, the excuses were insufficient - having to wait to put orders together, change of courier, Brexit paperwork and customs delays due to alcoholic beverage etc. The original delivery date was 6 days after purchase, so that was obviously misleading. If Gourmet hunter had been transparent about the real delivery date (a month) then I could have taken an informed decision. After I got impatient, the responses stopped coming until I wrote a flourish of e-mails to different people at Gourmet as well as DHL. I had no knowledge of where the order was from anyone until the day before it was due to arrive in the UK. All in all not a good experience and Gourmet Hunter need to revise their service of sales to the UK and be upfront about delays and not keep customers in the dark when items are delayed unexpectedly.

I should have paid closer attention but I was very surprised to open a huge box with six tiny 50cl bottles instead of 75cl ones that I had expected. The vendor should make the size and quantity difference clearer.

I'm dissapointed with the condition of the received item (meant to be a part of a collection). The original cardboard cover of the ordered rare brandy was overall worn, in some places creasy, the plastic mold of the bottle was torn in places, the wax seal of the box was completely broken down, the magisterial seal at the top of the bottle was detached so at this point even the content of the bottle could be questionable. It was shipped internationally and there was no filling material in the box in which the bottle was put into so it is more than possible that most of the damage (wore and torn) happened during the shipping as the content could move freely within the box. The shipping was quite fast but please pay more attention to the proper packing of the ordered items.

Super fast. I would have found it super if someone had given me the information before delivery that I still have to pay Fr. 95.- customs duties at the border for 24 bottles of wine (!). And that after the order confirmation and after the actual payment. Then I would not have ordered online, but here in Switzerland, which would also have been ecologically more sensible. So we all learn every day ... But the wine is really good.

Its the second time DHL does not delivery the merchandise at home. They said I was not at home, which was no true. And they left it on distant shop asking me to pick it up from there.
