Customer service is amazing, they respond to you very fast and the comply with the requirements you might have. The product I bought was not available in any other shop, and price was very good too. They have also discounts. I'm super happy with gourmet hunters, good job guys!

The order took one month to arrive. Although Gourmet hunter responded to my mails, the excuses were insufficient - having to wait to put orders together, change of courier, Brexit paperwork and customs delays due to alcoholic beverage etc. The original delivery date was 6 days after purchase, so that was obviously misleading. If Gourmet hunter had been transparent about the real delivery date (a month) then I could have taken an informed decision. After I got impatient, the responses stopped coming until I wrote a flourish of e-mails to different people at Gourmet as well as DHL. I had no knowledge of where the order was from anyone until the day before it was due to arrive in the UK. All in all not a good experience and Gourmet Hunter need to revise their service of sales to the UK and be upfront about delays and not keep customers in the dark when items are delayed unexpectedly.

Good selection of wines and sherries at a wide range of price points. Excellent delivery service. I would like to see information about the keeping qualities of the wines and when it is recommended that they be consumed by.

Ups didn't drive it to my home, left it at a delivery-place. Both DHL and UPS does this a lot here in Stockholm, they write "no answer and therefore left at a pick-up point"... without calling, neither on my phone (like I instructed) or on the gates phone. Tiresome when it's flasks/heavy etc etc.

very dissatisfied ups say they have placed my item in the garage but it is not there. even claims there is a receipt for it. has at not at anytime authorized this location.
