You have too few parts available. Both the Asus Maximus z790 Hero motherboard and Kingson Fury Renegade 6400 RAM memory, BeQuiet Dark Power 13 1000 W power supply, M2 Samsung 990 PRO drives I had to look for in other stores. I bought some in Spain and some in Poland. In addition, the prices of your products are not competitive outside of promotions.
The promotional price of the GEFORCE RTX 3060 Ti card was really good.

I paid for my product via debit card and the money was taken from my account. I was hoping to get my order quickly but when I checked the next day the order had not been processed. The company checked the order and found that the system had cancelled the order because my bank was in a different country than my address. I would not think this is unusual in the Global economy and age of internet banks. Also, it was not a credit card and the money was transferred from my account. There should at least be processes in place to inform me that my order had been cancelled and to ensure that the transaction was suspended. However, I did get my money returned to my account when I spoke with customer services and I was able to buy my computer elsewhere.

I am very sorry to hear that the delivery of your parcel took as long as it did.
I started an investigation with DHL and they notified us that your parcel was delivered in the end. DHL has not yet disclosed as of why this happened and the reason why it took so long. I have asked them nonetheless because this is also not what you should expect from us, I have not yet received a reply regarding my last question.
