Ordered a new GPU and case fan. It took around 4 days from Friday to Wednesday to get to me from what looks like their main warehouse in Netherlands. Option to track parcel was a nice addition. I don't like Fastway so option to get delivery via anPost was appreciated. Both items came in good condition with undamaged packaging and both are now installed and working fine so far. I was impressed by competitive prices of my items when compared to some other sellers available even if the selection felt somewhat lower than other online stores. That said, I found exactly the makes and models of what I wanted both for GPU and case fan. Will definitely be checking this place again when looking for upgrades or PC parts in future.

This is one of those experiences I wouldn't believe if it hadn't happened. First attempt to order a laptop I didn't receive a confirmation request from my bank so I had to cancel and reorder (Not Paradigit's fault, it happens) I reorder and the order is accepted with the payment pending on my credit card. After a few hours I check to see if it shipped out of curiosity and notice the the order is now marked as awaiting refund. I email paradigit asking if this was an error only to be told "your order has been canceled due to security reasons. If you wish to proceed with the order, you are welcome to place it again" So I wait for the refund so I can re-place the order only for the price of the laptop to jump 550 euro overnight and my order history had been deleted. I sent an email about this and was told it was in error and would be brought back down. Shortly thereafter the price was reduced down to 100 euro more than the original price but at this point I just needed the laptop so I placed the order again, this order was marked awaiting refund after a few hours. When I emailed paradigit I was told this was because there was a failed payment and each payment attempt thereafter came from a different location so were automatically set for refund (to be clear the payments were not rejected, they were still taken so I was left with a 1600 euro charge on my credit card each time) but if I placed another order that day the customer services agent would try to get it through. I expressed serious dissatisfaction as all of the orders were made from my personal desktop meaning they must have been using my public IP to determine location, your public IP changes everytime your service provider resets your connection or you reset your modem, mine resets at minimum once per day so that method is at best massively unreliable. I point out that I don't have an additional 1600 euro lying around to tie up in another attempt that day so I would have to wait for the refund. In the same email I asked if, since it seemed to be an account specific issue, I should make another account when the time came or if I would simply have the same problem. I never received a reply. Once the refund came in I placed the order through a new account which went through without a problem. So to sum up, if you have a payment problem at the checkout just make a new account if you want any chance of getting your order though don't expect their extremely ineffective customer service to suggest that! If I could leave negative stars I would, still out of pocket due to them raising the price after cancelling my first order which still seems like a case of fraud to me

Shipping

I've still not received my LG monitor, it's been stuck with DHL for a week now, DHL won't deal with me so I'm back on to cust services team in Paradigit.ie to get a case opened with DHL. It's little nerve wracking as this order was well over 1k euro so I would have hoped for a little better shipping. But fingers crossed this all works out... just services team were good to deal with but until it arrives I've lost a little faith in it ever being delivered.

The website could give more details - full spec sheet for products not vague descriptions, also the website doesn't display reviews submitted by customers, Also They offer "Trusted Shops" buyer protection without giving any information about what it does. Good value, beat amazon UK on price by 80 euro on a monitor.

Lost package. Slow updates.

Beware, they use DHL who appear to have lost my package with a Monitor. No tracking updates in 7 days. Support are issuing an investigation that could take 4 business days. Wish I had purchased somewhere else.

Hi Raymond. We are sorry to hear that your parcel seemed to be lost in transit. Upon checking your order and tracking I noted that the parcel was delivered on the 19th. Sometimes, due to the size of these monitors, shipments can take a bit longer. Reason for this is that it might need to be processed in a different way to make sure the shipment is transported safely and correctly. It seems that this was the case for your 34" monitor. Delivery times greater than suggested

Only half of the items have arrived so far. They seem in good condition. However the website suggests delivery will take 4-5 days and it took closer to 10 days.

I was waiting for two weeks for my order to arrive. During that time I and despite making numerous attempts, I received no information as to the status of my order. While the lack of information is deeply frustrating, it is ridiculous in this day and age that a relatively straightforward order should take so long to travel from Europe to Ireland. Had I cycled to the Paradigit warehouse in the Netherlands from my home I would have had my computer quicker.

Firstly I assumed that a .ie website was irish. So it was only after a bit of investigation I realised it was Dutch. Also I ordered my laptop on a Friday, it wasn't shipped till the following Tuesday, and then I wish I had a choice to pay for faster shipping as I didn't receive it till the following Monday. 10 days after the order. The product was as expected, but the wait time is not what I'd expect now a day's.

Normally delivery will take around 4-5 business days depending on the time the order was placed. I can see you placed your order on friday which could mean that we were not able to process your order before the weekend. This was mainly the reason why your parcel was shipped on tuesday. I paid for my product via debit card and the money was taken from my account. I was hoping to get my order quickly but when I checked the next day the order had not been processed. The company checked the order and found that the system had cancelled the order because my bank was in a different country than my address. I would not think this is unusual in the Global economy and age of internet banks. Also, it was not a credit card and the money was transferred from my account. There should at least be processes in place to inform me that my order had been cancelled and to ensure that the transaction was suspended. However, I did get my money returned to my account when I spoke with customer services and I was able to buy my computer elsewhere.

Hi Sean, Thank you for your feedback. Every time an order is placed we do certain checks to make sure everything is in order. For debit/credit cards these checks are a little bit more extensive and a bit stricter. Late to ship & no feedback without reaching out.

Products were very late to be dispatched. Have yet to receive the full order after almost 4 weeks. Site says products are in stock when in actuality they are not as they have to source them from suppliers after the order is placed. All feedback/ updates have to be reached out for, you won't be notified automatically if something is delayed, and all dates supplied are estimates (if we can even call 4 weeks delay an estimate...).

I did not had a bad purchase experience but when I bought the product it was because it said in green Today, but I had to wait a week to get my purchase. If they were honest with delivery time I might have chosen another product but I wanted with me fast.

That is strange, when I check our website for the monitor you purchased I can see that it does say in stock, but it also says that the expected delivery time is 4-5 working days. This would meanthat it should take around a week for the parcel to be delivered as it will be shipped from the Netherlands. Our apologies this was not clear at the moment you placed the order.
