I didn't receive the product, neither fastway hub has any clue of the order. I visited the hub twice, sent 2 emails to the customer care, no positive response and the delivery status is marked incorrectly as delivery attempted when no one even called me the second day.
I received call one day, and by the time my housemate could go down(7 mins), the deliver went away and informed that he can't wait more than that, promised next day delivery but I didn't receive any call after that, nor the hub staff has the parcel to pick.
Completely disappointed by the service.
