The only big problem with the shop is the Irish site is not up to date. The customer service is not available on the contact number and the email address also doesn't work. I had to do a serious investigation to find a proper customer service contact for them, eventually, the info@photospecialist.co.uk email address worked and I got a decent response from their customer service and the item arrived in time in perfect condition.

This company displays a ".IE" web address denoting the Republic of Ireland, whereas they are actually based in the Netherlands. This is misleading. My order took two weeks to arrive...far longer than the promised 4 - 5 working days. This was exacerbated by an incomplete name and address on the delivery label which meant I had to retrieve my package from the mail parcel holding depot, as it was held up. Furthermore, the delivery tracking facility never updated from the time of the order was processed, leaving me in the dark as to the status and progress of my order.

Shipping details stated, ‘Delivered in 1 - 4 days……. Took 2 weeks. When I did email querying the delay I got an abrupt and what I would cheeky response from customer service. First and last time I will use this service!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I can see your order and there was a delay with getting the item out of the store. My colleague was not clear about the reason why it was delayed. Your item was send within the 4 days, however DHL kept your package longer in their hold. I am sorry about that. This is sadly not in my control.

Stuff arrived ten days later. How to pick up myself in the end. Trying to call customer support for the last three days. Spent over two hours waiting to then be told no one is available. Never again

What a shame to read that the shipping took so long, sorry about this. I'm also sorry to read that you didn't get a hold of us, unfortunately we are understaffed so we are not always available. I would of course like to apologise for all this.

I am still waiting for my trail camera, No information on where it is or when it will arrive. This is a present for my friend and I am annoyed that it will Not be here for Christmas. Please help

Because not everything you ordered was directly in stock, we've just changed your order for you and emailed you about it. We gave you another SD-card, because the other one isn't coming in.

Refund processing is extremely slow

Due to the mistake of the 24S staff, I have not received a refund for the wrong item so far; and it has been more than a week since I confirmed the receipt of the returned item.

You sent the wrong sensor cleaner. I wanted the blue one for Canon but you sent the pink one for other makes. Just hope there’s little difference.
