Delivery was a bit slow. I expected just a few days. My three products were split over three deliveries. That was also not expected. In the end, all of my products arrived and when I queried my order, the staff were more than helpful and responded quickly. Overall, would use them again but will allow more time for delivery... I would otherwise have given 5 starts, but... 4 ain't bad either :)
ordered 5 items and was sent 1 single tracking number. All supposedly packed together according to the emailed packing slip. 1 item arrived, 2 days after scheduled date, in its retail box no outer packaging just a label stuck on. boxed arrived damaged, looks like it was dropped as side ripped and crushed. No Irish power lead, only an eu one, so cannot check if item damaged. customer service contacted and no apology and blamed shipping company, while they tried they did not make any attempt to ease my frustration, offer compensation or a replacement. Not good enough.
Purchase was easy and packaging also very quick.
The auto-address function on the web page needs refining. After changing my address to the correct address, the online system decided this was not correct and changed to an incorrect address and town. I contacted the vendor, whom should have been able to instruct the courier to change this but told me I had to contact the courier instead and arrange to collect!! My package eventually arrived after bouncing back and forth between sorting centers. Had it not been for the Eir-code, the package would have been lost or returned to sender. The webpage is advertised as an Irish .ie website (misleading) but shipping and product are not located in Ireland.
I received the product in good order and well packaged.

I am sorry to hear that this didn't go as planned. Once the order has been send, we can not change the address. It needs to come back first, so we can change the lable. But I am glad to hear that it arrived in good order.
We are a company Kamera Express located in The Netherlands, this is also mentioned on the website. We have take over Photospecialist and due to currency and not to confuse the customer, we kept the website.

It was a fast delivery, unfortunately the product wasn't sealed and some items were missing from the kit (battery). The product itself is to my liking and I am in communication with photosepecialist to get the missing battery.

every time I called the support line to find out where my package was I got an answer machine saying there's no support person to take your call. That happened many times (and not over lunch time for instance).
Also the chat bot does not work
I used email in the end and it took 2 days to get back to say they were looking into it.

Ordered an Eizo CG319X from photo specialist. Price was good, delivery notifications were vague with tracking handover between DHL and An Post unclear and not specific. Mains lead supplied was inappropriate for the region.

Shop has an amazing stock of products, however the chosen delivery partners are very slow and your package takes a frustrating amount of time to arrive. I'd like to have the option to pay more for a faster shipping.
