I purchased the Epson EcoTank ET8550 printer on October 28, 2023, and I would like to share my experience with this purchase. Firstly, regarding the printer itself, I am extremely satisfied. The print quality, especially for photos, exceeded my expectations – the colors are vibrant, and the details are sharp. The automatic double-sided printing feature is an additional benefit that greatly facilitates work. The printer perfectly fits my needs, both for home use and for small office tasks. However, I must mention an aspect that was a source of stress. Namely, the order fulfillment time. I expected the delivery to take up to 4 business days, but on the fifth business day, not having received the printer yet, I contacted the store. The response came from an Irish customer service address, informing me that a reply might take up to 3 business days. This caused me concerns about whether I would receive the printer before the holidays. Eventually, the printer arrived on December 11, 2023. In summary, despite some issues with the delivery time, I am very satisfied with the purchase. The Epson EcoTank ET8550 meets all my expectations in terms of quality and functionality. I would recommend it to others, but I would also advise the store to work on improving communication and predictability of delivery times.

Packing badly packed with one tape along the top of box only. Box was opened at my front door as tape became loose. The people in their packaging dept are pure idiots. Look at the photo and this is the way my box was left at my front door on a rainy day. Notice one piece of tape along the top edge of box. I have brought this to their attention but doubt that they will do anything to rectify this. Also they say that they price match which is a lie because they refused on two occasions with me to price match.

Return policy is vague, I bought an incorrect item for my son and the cost to return was half the cost of the item. I could not see the return policy on the website, which meant I had to email my enquiry to get information. I know there is a cost to all businesses, but a little more transparency would be helpful. I am a returning customer as they have a wide choice of super products for photographer/videographers… it’s a shame, otherwise 5 stars would have been my rating

Thank you so for leaving this review Eugene. However calling people names is not necessary and I have explained twice to you that I will take it up with the correct deparments to improve this. I understsand that you are disappointed with us, because we can not match the price. We do not promise a low price match, we promise the best price we can give. When company's only have an online shop or maybe 3 fysical shops it is understandable they can lower their prices. And I have send you an email this morning that I would discuss this with my manager and get back to you on this. Instead of giving me the time to get back to you, you leave another review.
