The only big problem with the shop is the Irish site is not up to date. The customer service is not available on the contact number and the email address also doesn't work. I had to do a serious investigation to find a proper customer service contact for them, eventually, the info@photospecialist.co.uk email address worked and I got a decent response from their customer service and the item arrived in time in perfect condition.

ordered 5 items and was sent 1 single tracking number. All supposedly packed together according to the emailed packing slip. 1 item arrived, 2 days after scheduled date, in its retail box no outer packaging just a label stuck on. boxed arrived damaged, looks like it was dropped as side ripped and crushed. No Irish power lead, only an eu one, so cannot check if item damaged. customer service contacted and no apology and blamed shipping company, while they tried they did not make any attempt to ease my frustration, offer compensation or a replacement. Not good enough.

Delivery was a bit slow. I expected just a few days. My three products were split over three deliveries. That was also not expected. In the end, all of my products arrived and when I queried my order, the staff were more than helpful and responded quickly. Overall, would use them again but will allow more time for delivery... I would otherwise have given 5 starts, but... 4 ain't bad either :)

Sorry it took a bit longer, we see that there was a delay at DHL. Luckily you're still satisfied with your products. We will look into why everything was delivered seperately, because that's not the standard way. Ofcourse, 4 stars ain't bad either, but we still strive for the 5!

Needs improvement
This was a repeat purchase from a different seller.
Delivery was disappointing,in terms of tracking and tracing.
DHL’s app not functioning in this jurisdiction apparently.

Generally they are good on price and range of products, but sometimes don't keep to their delivery dates.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a delivery term is not met.
This can be related to an internal delay or an external delay. For example, we are very dependent on the courier service in the delivery process. We have no control over delays that arise with them. However, we have close contact with all our parties and we do our utmost to continuously optimize all processes.

Delivery and communication was good. Only issue was the power adapter was a 2-pin for Europe when Ireland operates a 3-pin system. Including a UK/Ireland adapter or a converter accessory would have been excellent, instead we had to buy one ourselves.
