The only big problem with the shop is the Irish site is not up to date. The customer service is not available on the contact number and the email address also doesn't work. I had to do a serious investigation to find a proper customer service contact for them, eventually, the info@photospecialist.co.uk email address worked and I got a decent response from their customer service and the item arrived in time in perfect condition.

- the item I ordered was never delivered because it went missing apparently
- I had to chase your reps for updates as I had no idea where the parcel was after 7 days
- I had to follow up after reaching out first for a second update.
All in all very very disappointing experience, never to order anything from you

Very professional and understanding people to deal with. If you do have a query about a product they will listen and normally they will resolve the issue as quick as possible. Price wise they are very competitive. Would definitely shop with them again.

Brought RS3 combo and had the best price available, and the support staff is very responsive as well. Will highly recommend photospecialist.ie over the physical shops in Ireland, who charge by over few hundred euros more.

Good prices, good selection
Item travelled by DHL and then An Post from NL to IE, took one week from time of order, which was as expected and cost €9.99.
I'm disappointed that shipping is charged regardless of the value of the item.
PhotoSpecialist had the item in stock and shipped quickly, they had a better discount than the bricks and mortar stores could offer. Would buy again as the need arises.

Fast shipping and best price on the market
Fast shipping, amazing product and great price. Bought a pair of binoculars, the box came a bit damaged but the product is all great, what can I complain about? I bought the binoculars at the best price available on the market. Also, the shop is sending the parcel slip electronically and not printed - small but pleasant thing

I previously gave a one star review on the product i bought as it broke during first use. I was immediately contacted by customer service offering help to resolve the issue. Customer service was really helpful and I have received full refund today.

Items arrived in perfect condition.
I was supposed to receive a confirmation but got none. Would have felt more comfortable had I received one, especially as it's stated on the site when you place the order.
Prices were more competitive than any other website and overall, would be happy to shop here again.

Need to change your address system as Leixlip in Kildare Ireland defaults to Naas which is a completely different place.
I was reluctant to order 3 cameras because of this error in your address system.

The E-mail Notification when the camera came back in stock. The Competitive Price was Excellent (saving 80 Euro from the price of same shop display model). The Rapid Delivery Time. The 5 Year Warranty (One local shop will only give 2 years guarantee)
