Delivered quickly and order was correct. The attempt to mate the remote with the awning was very difficult and the directions were impossible to follow. The writing was extremely small. Because this seems to be a popular model the instructions could be explained clearly, in writing and not in tiny photos. I worked on it for many hours, then I contacted an awning company to come to the house and they matched up the device in about 10 seconds by pressing 2 buttons.

None of my orders have been fulfilled without extra contact from me. My first order was not filled since 1 item was out of stock. That would be no problem if this had been communicated to me. A 2nd order I placed needed to be cancelled due to the previous lack of communication. Errors in credit to my account occurred which required monitoring and phone calls by me. Info regarding tracking has not been accurate. Everything has taken a long time to receive after shipments were reportedly sent. .

Ordered a power supply extension cord. I Ordered this in error and attempted to cancel it within 5 minutes of placing the order. I messaged the order desk to cancel and they indicated it had already shipped....highly unlikely. I responded with a request for an rma but received no reply. Not a very friendly or convenient customer service experience.

Wrote an email to customer service and never got a response. Called Somfy but never got an option to talk with someone or leave a message.

Poor communication regarding shipping

Orders take extremely long to fulfill, and no tracking updates are provided after orders are placed. i will be reaching out soon to check the status of order I placed on 2-29-24.

I ordered 28 rechargable batteries and only received 21 I called in and spoke with a rep and she said dhe would over night me the shorted ones . That was 6 days ago and I havent received any of them as of yet

I ordered few things for my existing units and paid 25 dollar extra for over night delivery.. got it 2 nights later! After requesting refund for overnight delivery charge i was ignored by the customer service! Why should i pay for overnight delivery which i needed so badly thats why i did ay extra and got it late the second day! Cant deliver on time dont charge extra!

No feedback on order status

Did not provide info on when an order would ship or did ship. No response from customer service to an email sent 5 days after order placement. Also was on hold for 28 minutes before someone in Tech Support answered my call. His response was flippant. Avoid doing business with them if at all possible!!!

I placed my order two weeks ago and have heard nothing. Not an email for tracking or anything. I called and finally got a tracking number for UPS and UPS says that number does not exist. Never again, it is really hard to find reliable companies anymore.

Nothing has gone smoothly with Somfy.com orders.

I placed my order on 04/21/23 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. My orders did not arrive and called them back and they said the order did not print out on their side. They said they will fix it and send it, but again after 5 days still did not arrive. I had to call them twice again and finally arrived after about 2 weeks. The two day shipping took 2 weeks and they did not refund my money for the 2 day shipping that I paid, even after they had agreed to reimburse me back. Very poor service.

Charged for the product, but no product and no response from customer service

I ordered a product via the online store and had it charged to my credit card a day later. The website said the product would be shipped within one business day. One week later, I still had not received the product nor any tracking information. I contacted customer service by both email and by phone and no one has gotten back to me.

I had to call times to verify when my shipment was going to be sent out after speaking to the second person he said he would overnight it to me and then never happened. Had to call back just to be told that it’s been shipped regular took more than 10 days to receive.

How long does it take to ship?

I ordered a single item and received a order confirmation email. It has been 10 days and it has still not shipped. Why would you send me an email asking me to review my order when it isn't even on it way to me yet.

Poor/no communication as to status of order. I did not receive part of my order and have sent repeated emails asking for an update, but no response. Somfy does not appear to have any online means of checking an order; contact seems to be only through email or by telephone. Very frustrating.

Item never received

I was supposed to receive the item on May 3, and it is now May 12. I have not received the item, and the status of the order still says "Processing". I cannot figure out how to contact the company. I think I've just been scammed.
