The ordering process was really simple; the options to customise were great. We have a very sloping garden so needed to change the configuration and the telephone help line was answered quickly and the person very knowledgable.
We wanted a longer slide then advertised but due to brexit we had to source this locally which was fine and again the personel on the help line were very informative. Green slide for the 1.2m platform came with the set. We purchased the pink slide for the 1.5m platform off amazon.
Quality of the materials were great. We found some bits needed alot of sanding but our child likes to play barefoot so this was a personal choice. Mostly for the wobble bridge and base platforms.
Instructions were great; only bits that didn't work perfectly were some joints where we had changed the configuration so nothing we hadn't expected and the canvas instructions. These aren't clear and for us they seemed to be missing measurements so we did our own thing (daughter didn't want swords anyway!) Definately make a paper patten first.
Daughter loves it; it is an investment but worth it for the hours of fun she and her friends have already had. It has had 4 children all over it and hasn't moved; only way it is coming out in years to come is an angle grinder!

Lots of missing pieces
Many you have to cut and improvise
Had to pay someone to assemble it and it took almost 2 days
They show you the design on the website with logos, again you have to make this yourself with no templates and ends up looking different to what you thought it may look like.
They send you a massive plastic sheet, where you have to measure up and cut the curtains etc yourself. No template nothing, and no room to get it wrong.
Delivery man dumped a massive pallet in my driveway/kerb and ran away. Took me ages to unpack on the side of the road and take everything into the garden. Wife came home and couldn’t even park in the drive.
Generally it’s okay, however for the money we paid I expected more.
You need some experience in carpentry and design before buying. If you are a novice like me, don’t do it!!!

The selection and checkout process were simple straightforward and recommended the correct product for your installation of anchors which was very helpful as it meant I didn't have to research what I needed. An expected delivery date is displayed before you checkout so you know exactly what to expect. You can pay by card or PayPal which is great if your wanting a choice of payment method. I also particularly liked the compare feature of the website so I could see what climbing frames had what features and sizing etc without constantly flipping backwards and forward between climbing frames to obtain the information to make an informed choice. The discount code box is clearly presented incase you have a code not hidden in the details and I'm very impressed with the 10yr guarantee on the wood if you purchase the anchors at the same time. Buying our climbing frame on your website was a smooth pleasant experience, I hope the delivery and installation go just as well. Based on my current experience with wickey I would definitely recommend and I cannot wait to see my little boys face once it's finished thank you.

The climbing frame looks great and will keep my daughter entertained for many hours over the years to come. Overall the quality is really high and it’s very sturdy. It does take some time to build and some of the wood has already got some heavy cracks in (definitely not from use as only a two year old has been on it). I did also find having to hand cut the material from a rectangular sheet to create the curtains/flag/etc. was poor given the cost, this is the same for the vinyl to add a second colour and don’t understand the reason for this. Although advertised as a slide with connection for a water hose, this wasn’t the case when supplied either.

Great quality and nice that you can personalise the finish if you’d like. Be aware to read the specification throughly before you buy so you know what you’re getting - there’s no pilot holes in the wooden frame and the tarpaulin is left for you to cut out as you wish (which might be a positive to some but negative to other people!) so there is quite a bit of work to put it together. The kids love it and we’ve got hours of use out of it already. Wickey definitely have the best range of different frames I saw when looking for one.

We ordered a Wickey climbing frame for our daughters 3rd birthday, truth be told we had a left it a little late to get it in time and set up for her birthday. However Wickey where outstanding and got the delivery to us very quickly, service was great and the quality is second to none.

I am very pleased with our climbing frame and it is used by grandchildren of all ages. Big success. Grandfather is having to spend a lot of time building sandcastles with the youngest!
It did take a while to put the frame up, but it is very secure in its concrete base/

A really nice climbing frame for our 4 year old. Lots of different elements to hold his interest.
It does take quite a bit of building…needed two of us and a set of ratchet tools, and took about 8 hours or so.
But once up it’s sturdy and looks good.
