Delivery came as expected and very helpful getting it into a safe place. The structure was easy to build if you follow the instructions carefully. Now it is up and the kids love it. It is very sturdy and safe for all to enjoy.

A really nice climbing frame for our 4 year old. Lots of different elements to hold his interest. It does take quite a bit of building…needed two of us and a set of ratchet tools, and took about 8 hours or so. But once up it’s sturdy and looks good.

I’ve only given 3 stars as I’ve not been able to build it due to no build instructions in the pack. The online videos don’t provide enough detail and are too generic … still waiting for customer service to reply to my request. On a more positive note the wood looks good quality … just need the instructions to go with it

The climbing frame looks great and will keep my daughter entertained for many hours over the years to come. Overall the quality is really high and it’s very sturdy. It does take some time to build and some of the wood has already got some heavy cracks in (definitely not from use as only a two year old has been on it). I did also find having to hand cut the material from a rectangular sheet to create the curtains/flag/etc. was poor given the cost, this is the same for the vinyl to add a second colour and don’t understand the reason for this. Although advertised as a slide with connection for a water hose, this wasn’t the case when supplied either.

The delivery was really quick, the product is brilliant, perfect for our primary school playground and the communication was fantastic. The quality of the product was great and it was easy to put together.

The ordering process was really simple; the options to customise were great. We have a very sloping garden so needed to change the configuration and the telephone help line was answered quickly and the person very knowledgable. We wanted a longer slide then advertised but due to brexit we had to source this locally which was fine and again the personel on the help line were very informative. Green slide for the 1.2m platform came with the set. We purchased the pink slide for the 1.5m platform off amazon. Quality of the materials were great. We found some bits needed alot of sanding but our child likes to play barefoot so this was a personal choice. Mostly for the wobble bridge and base platforms. Instructions were great; only bits that didn't work perfectly were some joints where we had changed the configuration so nothing we hadn't expected and the canvas instructions. These aren't clear and for us they seemed to be missing measurements so we did our own thing (daughter didn't want swords anyway!) Definately make a paper patten first. Daughter loves it; it is an investment but worth it for the hours of fun she and her friends have already had. It has had 4 children all over it and hasn't moved; only way it is coming out in years to come is an angle grinder!

I am very pleased with our climbing frame and it is used by grandchildren of all ages. Big success. Grandfather is having to spend a lot of time building sandcastles with the youngest! It did take a while to put the frame up, but it is very secure in its concrete base/

We ordered a Wickey climbing frame for our daughters 3rd birthday, truth be told we had a left it a little late to get it in time and set up for her birthday. However Wickey where outstanding and got the delivery to us very quickly, service was great and the quality is second to none. Thanks wickey, you made our little princesses decade!

Great set, a bit complicated to assemble for a novice like me and took a long time, but very satisfying and the kids love it. A plank was missing and wickey sent it out the same day I reported it - fantastic customer service.

I like that the design can be built in numerous ways, so you can adapt it depending on your garden/needs. The wood is sturdy and good quality.

The climbing frame is great the delivery was a little difficult to sort out but this was due to the courier not wickey and they did everything they could to resolve the issue. Would use again and recommend.

Great quality and nice that you can personalise the finish if you’d like. Be aware to read the specification throughly before you buy so you know what you’re getting - there’s no pilot holes in the wooden frame and the tarpaulin is left for you to cut out as you wish (which might be a positive to some but negative to other people!) so there is quite a bit of work to put it together. The kids love it and we’ve got hours of use out of it already. Wickey definitely have the best range of different frames I saw when looking for one.

We have the wickey vanillaflyer so far we are very impressed our 5 year old and 2 year old love it, the customer service was amazing and I can't recommend them enough

Beautiful climbing frame, such fast delivery, came weeks earlier than expected. Took a while to construct, but we are all so happy with it.
