I completed this test a few weeks ago, and was very pleased with the process. There are no additional fees or membership. No sales pitches, or marketing emails, and they do not ship out a test kit, so that eliminates higher costs of shipping and materials. I put my sample in a snack size ziplock bag, printed the test form, and mailed them in an envelope with a regular stamp. I got my results a few weeks later via email and I was impressed by the educational information included to explain the results. I have always been skeptical of a hair test, so i decided to do this one at the same time I was doing a blood sensitivity test (which is way more expensive). My hair results lined up with my blood results, which gives me peace of mind to use a hair test going forward and save money.

Things that I know I’m sensitive to are not listed and things I eat all the time without any problem we’re listed as sensitive same with my husband and my dog. Just not sure it’s a very accurate test. It was hard to decipher the results as well

the test isn't cheap and I sent it off and waited forever on it then had to contact the company to get my results even though they had my information! then when you look into studying hair and sensitivity everyone says you can't actually do it, there's no proof so I think I wasted my money

Never sent anything

The directions said to place in the clear envelope and return with the label, but they have never sent anything and there is no contact information for me to call anyone

Results Not really Useful, Did Not Catch a Known Sensitivity

I don't find the results useful. It's a long list of foods and numbers and nebulous "reactions" which could be anything or nothing at all. It's also not accurate. For instance, I have a very acute physical reaction to the slightest bit of caramel color but the results showed no sensitivity to caramel color at all. Then I have a 100% reaction score to pineapple, which I eat all the time with no probem. It would be a great resource if the results were valid, but I don't think they are.

I think they sent a made up results. They came immediately after they received my sample ( it was supposed to take a bit 2 days after they receive it) and the results showed was sensitive to things that I know I am not sensitive to and didn't show that I was sensitive to the things that I know I am.

Too broad results

It didn't really tell me much at all. It didn't narrow anything down except blackberries and a couple of other things.

My expectations not exceeded My hope was I'd have a huge list of things I'm sensitive to, msg, aspartame are known migraine triggers maybe because I do not consume those didn't show. I'm thankful I bought it on sale no hormone, not digestive at all. Would I do it again no. Would I recommend no.
