Keep customers more timely posted about delay in delivery of pre-ordered items, whose availability is being moved one quarter at a time. It is quite ennoying to purchase items, and having no firm commitment about delivery. when longer delays are unavoidable, give a money bonus to the buyer for any further month of delay after first quarter. It would be just fair.

Item as described but postage very high
Item as described and arrived in time very well wrapped.
The only issue with Car Model is that postage is extremely high. Why customers should spend €20 postage on a €45 car model?...
If you lower the postage substantially, you will get more customers buying from you from around the globe.

Quand ce commercant annonce une réduction pendant un week-end il ne précise pas que certains miodèles sont exclus de cette offre !
Hors, un modèle peut vous interesser à un prix mais pas à un autre plus élevé !
