Being UK based with associated "Brexit issues" supplying (and even paying for) the board we wanted to order was complicated as it wasn't covered by the standard Batronix automated ordering system. Customer service by http://www.batronix.com/ staff, especially Mr Joel J. was extremely good, his manual intervention managing to find a means to satisfy and deliver my order to my great satisfaction. The board supplied is a Batronix designed (so unique to Batronix board) therefore good documentation is important - the 50+ page manual supplied (actually both English and German copies were included) was outstandingly comprehensive, a good example of Best Current Practice for such manuals. The board itself was very well designed and implemented working well immediately with simple and clear instructions in the supplied 50 page manual leading to good results and great customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Take more care that the shipping address is correct and when it's wrong actively participate in ensuring the parcels are delivered in the proper location. Communicate status of what will be delivered when and where. As long as other people are placed in CC to be informed, keep them in CC in any reply. Send the invoice after payment and shipment has be performed.
