It was my first time shopping at Batronix and the impression of the entire process is excellent. Everything went smooth From the product pages I knew exactly what I am buying. The customer portal is intuitive too. Had minor issue when reviewing the products I've bought. After posting and verifying by email the review does not appear instantly on the pages. I believe it is not batronix fault but maybe a hint or answer in the FAQ section could help understand the process and be calm that everything is ok with the review

Take more care that the shipping address is correct and when it's wrong actively participate in ensuring the parcels are delivered in the proper location. Communicate status of what will be delivered when and where. As long as other people are placed in CC to be informed, keep them in CC in any reply. Send the invoice after payment and shipment has be performed.
